Description

Beeping all night. Crosswalk signals at Congress & Temple, and crosswalk signals at Congress & Elm never stop beeping all night long. Constant beeping from midnight to 8 am. Never stops. The early morning hours of 2 am-6am (prior to pedestrian activity & traffic movement), beeping is constant. Please adjust signal to motion sensor. Handicapped/hearing impaired persons should not be wandering the streets at late hours alone. Also beeping is constant which is a hazard for hearing impaired if a moving vehicle is present in late hours.
