Description

There is a particular resident of 72 Oak St., managed by Avesta, who smokes all day long outside standing on the sidewalk and throwing his cigarette butts into the street. Could you ask Avesta to install a cigarette butler or manage this individual in another way so that we are not all looking at his cigarette butts all over the street?
