For the record, the cans have been out all day every day (before and) since this was reported a week ago.

Thank you for your concern. An inspector met with the Manager of Otto's. Otto's and Empire have been given permission to keep the cans on the sidewalk. They have been counseled to keep the area clean, and free from vermin. Outside dining has been reconfigured to be closer to the building and one chair was eliminated. CF
