These two apartment buildings 208 and 214 High street on the corner of Sherman are a disgrace.

How is that related to the street sweeping issues

Almost a month later and still no sweeping has been done the trash and leaves from last fall are just ground into compost does the city intend to ever sweep this part of High Street

sorry sandy, I understand they aren't directly responsible for the street sweeping... but just tired of those two buildings bringing down the property value of the whole neighborhood. but I understand.
