Description

173 Neal St. is the former business location of Graphix Wear... the brick building is now vacant (I think).. The side of the building that faces Congress Street is tagged... twice! One is in large white letters and reads: RUSKEY1 ... The other is on the same wall to the left of that (behind Tandem Bakery) and is in black lettering. The white graffiti is visible to Congress St. traffic, pedestrians and patrons of neighboring businesses. This location gets repeatedly tagged.
