    The side of the building that faces Congress Street has several "tags"....visible to pedestrians, customers of Tandem Bakery & The Gulf Mart, as well as traffic on Congress St. This graffiti was previously reported to Rich Bianculli, who sent a letter to the property owner, but to date the graffiti has not been removed...

    173 Neal St is the business location of Graphix Wear... They are a repeat offender who does not remove graffiti from the side of their building, visible to Congress St traffic. I believe that The Gulf Express Mart located at 754 Congress St. attracts people who create the graffiti on & around this area. The Express Mart & Tandem Bakery businesses also have graffiti... and they too do not remove it when it appears... thus more & more appears...
