The old Maylily and Raleigh's appears to be under construction with walls/flooring and other improvements being made. I couldn't find a permit for it and wouldn't want them to get ahead of themselves and make changes to the kitchen without installing appropriate grease control. Reported to me by Benjamin Pearson
