big apartment building contruction site

seems like maybe an OSHA violation to have a guy hanging above a very high drop on a rope WHILE banging things into the building

if Tom Watson's port properties want to save some dough by skimping on the vertical lift, then Tom Watson better be the one hanging from the rope!
