Description
173 Neal St. is the former business location of Graphix Wear... the brick building is now vacant (I think).. The side of the building that faces Congress Street is tagged... The graffiti is visible to Congress St. traffic, pedestrians and patrons of neighboring businesses. This location gets repeatedly tagged.
The Gulf Express Mart, located at 754 Congress St. attracts people who create the graffiti on and around this area on a regular basis... Right now the Gulf Express has graffiti on their trash bin enclosure...
The third tag is located at Tandem Coffee & Bakery... 742 Congress St. There is a large tag on the Side of their building facing Carleton St. I am also noticing an increase in what appears to be prostitution activities after dark in this area... Police should take notice...
