Description

The construction site at the corner of Congress St & Neal St is using equipment that shakes the ground deeply. My neighbors at the Whittier House (743 Congress St) report that dishes were shaken off their shelves & broke on the floor. I'm next door and can hear my walls creaking when they shake the ground. This is sure to crack a foundation in one of these old historically registered houses. The workers need to be told to tone it down ASAP!
