Portland 311 assigned this issue to Inspections

Since it took 2 weeks for a verified official to respond and catagorize this report, you should know that the city has already created an inspection case number (BLDG2204411) which you could refer to in this case. I believe the worksite crew is now aware that pounding next to a historic district is reckless, because they seem to have toned it down a bit. But, the work continues, so I thank you for staying on top of it incase they forget that shaking the ground is a bad thing when 100's year-old foundations & structures are at stake...
